[SMM Analysis: Cobalt Intermediate Product Prices Remained Weak This Week] This week, cobalt intermediate product prices remained weak. Supply side, port inventories were sufficient, and the spot cargo availability was relatively high. Demand side, downstream cobalt smelters resumed operations slowly after the holiday, leading to limited demand for cobalt intermediate products. In summary, as the oversupply pattern persisted during the week, spot prices saw a slight decline. Looking ahead, the overall supply-demand pattern is unlikely to change, and spot prices are expected to fluctuate downward.
